Our Revenue Share model is a monetary distribution to your general fund from the gross sales of picture day.  This is a fixed percentage of gross sales less the state sales tax and is usually about 10%.  This is generally payable at the conclusion of each program or for schools the conclusion of fall, winter and spring.  The percentage of the share also is dependent upon the level of service we provide.  Most youth athletic organizations, clubs and groups fall into the 10% Revenue Share.

Our Revenue Replacement model is unique to Midwest Sports.  Since we own and operate the photographic processing facility we do not have the need for any outside vendors to provide order fulfillment.  This applies to a large number of wholesale products you may purchase each year from award plaks to outside banners.  For example, you may run a sponsorship banner program to provide additional funds for the athletic program and in turn hang a sponsor banner inside our outside the event location where your program operates.  We can design and print those banners for a fraction of what you have to pay locally.
