Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take for photos to be delivered?

It all depends on the method of delivery as we employ direct mail or courier, delivery to your league or school plus overnight ground UPS services.  It takes seven to ten business days from photo day to preparing your order for shipping.  Preparing direct mail takes an additional three days.  Overnight ground UPS services are reserved for shipping to schools or league coordinators.  Sometimes we employ couriers to deliver packages to individual addresses. In the end you should see your finished photos in two weeks or less.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks and major credit cards Visa-MasterCard-American Express.  Your order form has a detachable envelope to securely insert payment that is due on photo day.  Should you want to order and pay in advance or pay securely online, our website has a Pre-Pay function using PayPal.  You will still need a completed order form for photo day.  Simply insert your online payment receipt inside the detachable envelope and bring with you to photo day.

What if my order is incorrect?

It is imperative that you contact Midwest Sports Customer Service as soon as possible.  While we all make mistakes from time to time, we want to make sure these are fixed for you quickly and accurately.  Do not call your school or league or ask you head coach to call for you.  They cannot help replace any item or provide answers to your questions.  In the end we will need to speak with you by phone or email.  The THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER card you received with your photos contain valuable information that is used to find your images and correct them.

My items were broken or missing?

It is rare you will receive a broken item or one that is missing from your package.  Should that occur please call Midwest Sports Customer Service as soon as possible.  Do not call your league or school or as the coach to call for you.  They cannot help replace any item missing or broken and we will instruct them to have you call us anyways.  We are open from Monday thru Friday 9AM to 4PM EST and you can also reach out at contact@midwestsports.com

Do you offer retouching services?

Midwest Sports has a very extensive and talented graphics arts department capable of a variety of tasks.  They are mostly reserved for creating senior banners and new template designs for leagues and schools but we can render extensive retouching and restoration services upon request.  Before submitting any work for retouching or restoration it is best to reach out to our Customer Service first.

Is your offices local to our league or school?

Our main office is located in Worthington just off Dublin-Granville Road and Huntley Road.  Our professional photographic crews live in the surrounding suburbs including our employees that work in our photographic processing facility.  Being local means that all your products are produced in house and we never rely on any outside services to complete your order.

"Not Too Late to Order" Proof Card

In the event an order is not placed prior to or the day of pictures we provide a 4x5 proof card that includes image, photo day and location plus image file number.  You may call our office to place any late order or follow the instructions and place your order online.  All late orders will be charged a flat rate $5 for mailing.

Can I see images online prior to ordering?

Midwest Sports policy on online images.  We DO NOT UPLOAD any image of youth sports with the exception of high school or middle school sports.  We do however guarantee your 100% satisfaction of your purchase or we will provide a refund no questions asked.  In the event you need to see your image you can request a screen shot sent to your email or you can wait to order after receipt of the "Not Too Late To Order" proof card.
